Silversurfers IT Training is a unique training company providing high quality training and support to over 50's in the comfort of their home. We also run drop-in clinics and groups on request. Our warm and friendly service caters for all levels of expertise. Our support for every day computing challenges is efficient and can save your nerves, time and money!
One to one IT
TRAINING
Learn the things you like, in your own time! You are taught at home on your own computer. Our highly skilled and professional tutors create an individual lesson according to your needs and level of expertise.
You will receive hand-outs and other learning resources where required. We can also provide you with buying advice- purchasing assistance for reasonable computers, hardware, software and internet solutions.
Price: £20.00 to £30.00 an hour, including 1 hour tuition, travel costs (see pricing for postcode details), VAT and materials.
One to one IT
SUPPORT
No more frustrated waiting for friends or the son in law to help with everyday computing problems- we are here to help, only a phone call away!
We support you with hardware and software problems such as:
- Organising files and attachments.
- Uploading and downloading information.
- Viruses.
- Internet connections.
- Paying bills.
- Online shopping.
- Booking tickets and holidays.
- Assistance in purchasing computers.
Price: £20.00 to£30.00 an hour, including 1 hour support, travel costs (see pricing for postcode details), VAT and materials.
Training
for GROUPS
Silversurfers Training also provides small group lessons, usually at a local community centres, libraries, social clubs. We run groups on request and tailor make in consultation training based on time and budget. The benefits are:
- Small Group sizes with like- minded people, you learn quicker and get more tutor attention.
- Learn on your own computer by bringing it along, or use our equipment if you need to.
- Includes uniquely designed FREE training material.
- Local, easy and hassle-free, groups are always at a local venue, e.g. church, school, library or village hall.
